Make sure the signaling via MG-PRI/PRA is normal.
STEP 5
Make sure LINE B is lightening on or blinking, which indicates the signaling is normal, and make sure the
red lamp on the Telephony Server is not indicating any alarm related to MG-PRI/PRA.
If the signaling is abnormal:
Check MG-PRI/PRA is connected to ISDN physically
- Check the cable between MDF and MG-PRI/PRA
- Check the cable between MDF and DSU
Check the connection of the cable between MDF and DSU
Check the LAN normality by using SET TCS_LOOPBACK command (loopback test).
For more information, refer to
Check the settings of MG-PRI/PRA with SHOW command from Maintenance Console, and check the
MGC related data specified in the Telephony Server with appropriate commands (ASYD, ASYDL,
ADPM, ADTM, ARTD, ARTI, ATRK, ADPC, ACSC, ACIC1, AMGIL, AMGVL) from PCPro. For
more information about its MGC commands, refer to CHAPTER4. When confirming the Telephony
Server settings, refer to the Command Manual and the Data Programming Manual.
Check to see the messages output on the display of PCPro (Telephony Server side).
STEP 6
Check whether the related messages as follows are output by using DFTD command.
When TCP error keeps occurring for 90 seconds or more, this message is output.
