2 1 . Attach the torque converter t o the drive plate w i t h
the eight bolts (A). Rotate the crankshaft pulley as
necessary to tighten the bolt to 1/2 of the specified
torque, then to the final torque, in a crisscross
pattern. After tightening the last bolt, check that the
crankshaft rotates freely.

22. Install the torque converter housing cover (B) in the
direction s h o w n .
23. Install the shift cable bracket on the front subframe.

24. Connect the power steering angle sensor connector.
25. Connect the connectors at the right of the steering
gearbox, and install the connector on its bracket.
