Wheel Bearing Replacement
1. Separate the hub (A) f r o m the knuckle (B) using the
special tool and a hydraulic press. Hold the knuckle
w i t h the attachment (C) of the hydraulic press or
equivalent tool. Be careful not to d e f o r m the splash
guard. Hold onto the hub to keep it f r o m falling
w h e n pressed clear.

2. Press the wheel bearing inner race (A) off of the
hub (B) using the special t o o l , c o m m e r c i a l l y
available bearing separator (C), and a press.

Remove the snap ring (A) and the splash guard (B)
f r o m the knuckle (C).
4. Check the front knuckle ring (A) for damage or
d e f o r m a t i o n , and replace it if necessary.
