12. Attach the m o l d i n g (A) w i t h adhesive tape (B) to the
upper edge of the w i n d s h i e l d (C). Be careful not to
touch the w i n d s h i e l d w h e r e adhesive w i l l be
applied.
Molding adhesive tape:Thickness 0.8 mm (0.03 in.)
Width 4 mm (0.16 in.)
13. A p p l y primer to the m o l d i n g (A), then attach the
m o l d i n g upper seal (B) w i t h adhesive tape to the
inside surface of the m o l d i n g as s h o w n :
Seals adhesive tape: Thickness 0.16 mm (0.0063 in.)
Width 7 mm (0.28 in.)

14. Set the w i n d s h i e l d in the o p e n i n g , and center it.
Make alignment marks (A) across the windshield
and body w i t h a grease pencil at the four points
s h o w n . Make sure both clips (B) contact w i t h the
edge of the body holes. Be careful not to touch the
w i n d s h i e l d where adhesive w i l l be applied.
15. Remove the w i n d s h i e l d .
