How to Retrieve DTCs
1. With the ignition switch OFF, connect the Honda
Diagnostic System (HDS) to the 16P data link
connector (DLC) (A) under the left side of the
dashboard.
2. Turn the ignition switch ON (II), and f o l l o w the
p r o m p t s on the HDS to display the DTC(s) on the
screen. After determining the DTC, refer to the DTC
Troubleshooting.
NOTE: See the HDS Help m e n u for specific
instructions.
How to Clear DTCs
1. W i t h the ignition switch OFF, connect the HDS to
the 16Pdata link connector (DLC) (A) under the left
side of the dashboard.
2. Turn the ignition switch ON (II), and c l e a r t h e
DTC(s) by f o l l o w i n g the screen p r o m p t s on the HDS.
NOTE: See the HDS Help m e n u for specific
instructions.
3. Perform the TCS pressure sensor neutral position
memorization (see page 19-78).
