Torque Converter Housing
I n t e r m e d i a r y S h a f t B e a r i n g R e p l a c e m e n t
Special Tools Required
• Adjustable bearing puller, 25—40 m m
07736-A01000B or 07736-A01000A
• Driver 07749-0010000
• Attachment, 52 x 55 m m 07746-0010400
1. Remove the intermediary shaft bearing f r o m the
torque converter housing w i t h the special tool and
a commercially available 3/8 "-16 " slide h a m m e r
(A).

2. Install the ATF guide plate (A), then install the new
bearing (B) in the housing.
3. Drive the bearing into the housing w i t h the special
tools.
