Heater matrix: Removal - Refitting
a Remove:
- the bolts (12) from the heater matrix rigid pipes re-
taining bracket,
- the heater matrix rigid pipes retaining bracket.
LEFT-HAND DRIVE
a Remove the bulkhead bracket bolt (13) .
HEATING
II - OPERATION FOR REMOVAL OF PART
CONCERNED

a Remove the clips (14) from the heater matrix rigid
pipes.
WARNING
Prepare for the flow of fluid, and protect the sur-
rounding components.
a Put a protective cover on the floor carpet.
a Position a container to collect the coolant under the
rigid pipes.
a Move the heater matrix rigid pipes aside.
a Remove the heater matrix.
REFITTING
I - REFITTING PREPARATION OPERATION
a
WARNING
To avoid any leaks, check that the pipe surface is
sound before positioning the new seal. The sur-
face must be clean and scratch free.
a Always replace the heater matrix rigid pipe clips

II - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
a Refit the heater matrix.
a Fit the heater matrix rigid pipes.
