A/C System Inspection at ECM

When checking voltage at ECM terminals related to A/C system, refer to "Inspection of ECM and Its Circuits in Section
1A".

Possible cause
Insufficient refrigerant Using leak detector,
in system check for leaks and

leaks, repair them, and
evacuate the system.
