Climate Control
B l o w e r U n i t R e m o v a l a n d I n s t a l l a t i o n
1. Remove the glove box (see page 20-70), passenger's
dashboard lower cover (see page 20-72), and the
passenger's kick panel (see page 20-45).
2. Remove the relays (A) f o r m the bracket.

3. Remove the connector clips (A), the w i r e harness
clip (B), and bolt. Cut the plastic cross brace (C) in
the glove box opening w i t h diagonal cutters in the
area s h o w n . Retain these parts to be reinstalled
later.

4. Disconnect the connectors (A) f r o m the blower
m o t o r and the recirculation control motor, then
remove the w i r e harness clips (B) and the
connector clip (C). Remove the m o u n t i n g nuts, the
m o u n t i n g bolts, and the b l o w e r unit (D).

9.8 N-m (1.0 k g f m , 7.2 Ibfft)
5. Install the unit in the reverse order of removal.
Make sure that there is no air leakage.
