1. Before testing the power w i n d o w s , troubleshoot the multiplex integrated control system using B-CAN System
Diagnosis Test Mode A (see page 22-84).
2. Remove the driver's door switch t r i m (see page 20-7).
3. Disconnect the 23P connector (A) f r o m the power w i n d o w switch (B).

4. Inspect the connector and socket terminals to be sure they are all making good contact.
• If the terminals are bent, loose or corroded, repair t h e m as necessary, and recheck the system.
• If the terminals look OK, go to step 5.
