Command Reference Guide
demand-hold-queue <number> timeout <value>
Use the demand-hold-queue timeout command to set the number and length of time interesting packets
will be held while a connection is being made. Use the no form of this command to restore the default
value.

By default, the hold queue is disabled.

Usage Examples
The following example configures demand interface 1 to hold 50 packets in the queue for up to
120 seconds:
(config)#interface demand 1
(config-demand 1)#demand-hold-queue 50 timeout 120

Specifies the number of packets that may be stored in the hold queue.
Range is 0 to 100.
Specifies the number of seconds a packet may remain in the hold queue.
Range is 0 to 255 seconds.
