4.224 Each station has Classes of Service (COS) which restrict or allow certain dialing pat-
terns from being dialed on a call. See

Another window appears that shows you a list of available classes of service. (You can
view them in a list by selecting the List button or view details by selecting the Details
button.)
Highlight the desired class(es) of service and then select
classes of service appear in the list. Select
(U.S. only) If you selected Deny Area/Office class of service, the station must also be
assigned to a User Group. To change the user group, right-click on
select
Change User Group
then . In the next window, select the desired user group and then select
