Attach the keyboard to the keyboard connector on the front of the EVMC.

Plug in the Zip Drive AC transformer.

After some initial power-up information, the monitor tells you that it is invoking the

Follow the directions on the monitor screen.
When the Backup or Restore is complete, remove all software disks.
