114 T1 Card [dd] In Red Alarm – The indicated T1 Card has detected some type of
red alarm error condition for at least two to three seconds (e.g., loss of the T1 signal),
either internally or from outside the system. All calls on the card are dropped. Check
the alarm message and field service diagnostic output; then attempt to correct the prob-
lem.
115 Alarm History Frozen Due To System Exception – The system has frozen the
call processing history automatically because a system exception has occurred. Save the
database and the CP Error Information and contact Inter-Tel Technical Support for fur-
ther assistance.
119 Link To Secondary Cabinet Lost – The system has detected a loss of communica-
tion with the PCM-F Card in the slave (third) chassis in a tri-chassis or quad-chassis
configuration. Check to make sure the fiber-optic cables between the first (master) and
third (slave) chassis are properly connected.
120 Static Memory Fault – The system was unable to establish a region of static,
write-protected memory. This may happen because the system could not open or create
the static database file on disk, or the system found or created the database file on disk,
but could not load it into program memory.
121 System History Frozen Due to a Freeze-On String – The system froze the Sys-
tem History automatically because a "freeze-on" string was output by MSG Print. Use
DB Programming to save the database and obtain the CP Error Information. These
operations appear on the "Database Save and Restore" screen in the "Service" area.
Contact Inter-Tel Field service with this information.
122 Hardware Key Not Found – The system is equipped with a CP Server, and it does
not have the proper security key attached to its parallel port or the proper PAL is not in
socket U13 on the CPU Card. If the key is attached, make sure the parallel port is con-
figured and working (LPT1 using IRQ7). If the parallel port is not functioning correctly,
replace it or add a parallel port card (use LPT1 and IRQ7). If the key is defective,
replace it.
123 PCMA is Offline – One of the remote equipment chassis is offline in an ATM sys-
tem. Make sure the indicated PCMA has the correct ATM PAL and that the cables are
connected. If the PCMA Card is defective, replace it.
NOTE:
PAL in U13 is the correct part number (827.9683 for 7.0 and 827.9413 for 6.0). Version
8.0, however, supports any ATM PAL.
124 System Running on Backup Key: <xx> Hours Remaining – The connection to
the master redundancy CP Server has been lost, and the backup CP Server will continue
to run for <xx> hours (up to 100 hours). Either the cable is removed or compromised,
or the PC lost power or is failing. All devices in the equipment chassis and attaching
chassis will continue to function until the time expires, at which point the audio is ter-
minated. If the master PC had a major failure, remove the key on the master and place it
on the backup PC to reduce the risk of losing audio resources.
NOTE:
or if you manually shut down Windows.
