Agent Help and Agent Help User-Keyed Extension: The Agent Help feature allows a
station user to request help from a supervisor during a call. The Agent Help Extension

to "None." This can be a device located on another node if it is programmed as an off-

Alternate Message Source: If a station or application has an alternate message source
and leaves a message at another station, the alternate message source will be called
