lists are used when programming features that use common lists. For example, a group of sta-
tions could be assigned to the same paging zone and have ring-in for the same trunk groups.
With an extension list, you would have to enter only one list number instead of entering all of
the extensions. Extension lists of stations can also be included in hunt groups.

An extension list is a group of intercom extensions or trunk group extensions. These

ACD Agent ID: Includes only ACD hunt group Agent IDs. If no Agent IDs have been

Keyset: Includes only phone extension numbers. The Auto: All Keysets (PP052) exten-
sion list is provided by default and cannot be deleted. This list contains all of the phones
programmed and is automatically updated when phones are added/deleted.
Single-Line: Includes only single-line set and MDPM extension numbers.
Station: Can include phones, MDPMs, and/or single-line extension numbers. The Auto:
All Stations (PP051) extension list is provided by default and cannot be deleted. This
list contains all of the stations programmed and is automatically updated when stations
are added/deleted.
CO Trunk Group: Includes only trunk group access numbers.
Hunt Group Members: Includes only stations that are members of hunt groups.
To view the available lists, double-click on
You cannot change or delete the Auto: All Keysets or Auto: All Stations extension lists.
To create an extension list: Right-click on the type of list you want to create and select
. The new list automatically appears in the list for that extension

To program a description for the extension list: Select
name, up to 20 characters, in the text box. When finished, press
another field to save the change.
To program a list: Double-click on the list. Then right-click anywhere in the list's win-
dow and select
