ing Unit AIC and the chassis

Loose/defective cabling
between the AIC and the
VPCs
Defective VPC
Japanese voice prompts not
installed
User and/or programming
error
Corrective Action
Ensure that all VPCs have their jumper straps set
in the proper positions. See
in INSTALLATION.
Check the AIC-to-CPU/OPC cabling.
Check the AIC-To-VPC cabling.
Replace the VPC.
Install the Japanese voice prompts as outlined on
page 3-226
in INSTALLATION.
