Clear Network Alarm (9851): This feature code clears network-wide alarms on every
node in the network, but will not affect system alarms. The Clear Network Alarm fea-
ture code may be entered on any node in the network, but the Send Network Alarms
flag must be set for the administrator to clear alarms on other nodes in the network.
Clear System Alarm (9850): This feature code clears all local and network-wide sys-
tem alarm displays on your node.
4.26 Network alarms correspond to local alarms, so alarms 225 - 244 are not displayed on
the administrator's endpoint. The following network alarm numbers are shown for reference
only:
225 Emergency Call Made by Device – A user at the indicated station and node dialed
the Emergency Call feature code, 911 [999 in Europe].
226 Voice Mail Storage 80% Full – The hard disk on the Voice Processing Unit sys-
tem is filled to 80% of capacity.
227 Voice Mail Storage 100% Full – The hard disk on the Voice Processing Unit sys-
tem is filled to capacity.
228 SMDR Storage 80% Full – The portion of disk space on the Voice Processing
Unit hard disk reserved for SMDR storage is filled to 80% of capacity.
229 SMDR Storage 100% Full – The portion of disk space on the Voice Processing
Unit hard disk reserved for SMDR storage is filled to capacity.
230 AVDAP Generic – This alarm message type is reserved for any alarm message text
that the Voice Processor wants to send. Refer to the Voice Processing Diagnostics Man-
ual (part number 550.8019) under alarm number 25.
231 Voice Mail Reset – The Voice Processing E-mail Gateway is not functioning.
232 Hard Drive Failure – The hard drive on the Voice Processing Unit has failed.
233 Channel(s) Failure – This alarm indicates that one of the Voice Processing Unit
voice boards is faulty or that a voice board software driver problem has occurred.
234 Database Corruption – One of the Voice Processing Unit database files has been
overwritten or otherwise corrupted (e.g. there is an error on the hard disk which has
resulted in invalid data being placed into the database files). A system reset may occur
due to the invalid database.
235 Communications Link Down – The Voice Processing Unit was rebooted, the
Voice Processing Unit RS-232 cable was disconnected, or the communication channel
was otherwise rendered inoperable (e.g., the System serial port is faulty, the Voice Pro-
cessing serial port is faulty, the RS-232 cable is faulty, etc.).
236 Version Mismatch – The version of Voice Processing Unit connected to the system
is incompatible or out-of-date.
237 No Response from Other Fiber Controller – The fiber-optic link between the pri-
mary and secondary cabinet is not functioning properly. This could be due to either the
fiber-optic cable being removed or compromised, or due to the secondary cabinet losing
power. All devices in the secondary cabinet will be non-functional (i.e., off-line). The
system will drop all calls that were in progress between cabinets when the link was lost.
238 T1 Card <card> In Red Alarm – Refer to M8000 and M8001 in the latest version
of the Message Print Diagnostics Manual (part number 550.8018).
239 CP History Error – The system froze the system history automatically because a
software exception occurred.
