AXXESS
MANUAL VERSION 11.0 – May 2008
Corrective Action
Program a Node Trunk Group, if one does not
exist. Program outgoing access for the station or
application. See PROGRAMMING,
NOTE:
You can use an extension list to make this
task easier. See
page 6-158
extension lists.
Make sure the mailbox is associated with a corre-
sponding extension number. See PROGRAMMING,
page
6-376.
If so, make sure the off-node device exists on the
node attached to the Voice Processing Unit using
the Export/Import feature. See PROGRAMMING,
page
6-83.
Then delete the off-node device for the station that
was associated with the mailbox and create a new
off-node device with a temporary extension.
Change the extension number of the temporary off-
node device to the extension number associated
with the mailbox.
Enable the CO Provides Tones flag for the span.
