No audio on a call between
two IP devices (in the same
Network Group) configured to
use peer-to-peer audio.
A node cannot export or
import a Network Group.

Possible Cause
The Network Group is set for
peer-to-peer audio, but there
is a firewall or NAT in
between endpoints.
A Network Group is pro-
grammed to use peer-to-peer
audio on one node, but not
on another node.
A Network Group is not con-
figured to use peer-to-peer
audio.
One of the nodes involved is
not running v9.0 or later soft-
ware.
Corrective Action
Verify that there is no firewall or NAT between the
two endpoints in the Network Group.
Verify that the Use Peer-to-Peer Audio flag is set to
Yes on all nodes.
Verify that the Use Peer-to-Peer Audio flag is set to
Yes on all nodes.
Upgrade the node to v9.0 or later software.
