If a group list spans more than one disk, the programmable data must appear before the
recorded name.
If an Audiotex recording spans more than one disk, the programmable data must appear
before the recording.
The Voice Processor stores database-programmable data and message envelopes in text
files. These files all consist of lines of information that specify one field per line. Each
line must appear in the format field_name=value where "field_name" is one of the
fields listed below and "value" is a valid value for that field. Valid field names and val-
ues are as follows:
Table 6-14:
File names for new and saved messages indicate message numbers that start with 1 and
are in sequence on the disks. For example, N0001 must be the first new message. If
there are additional new messages, they must be N0002, N0003, N0004,... (in that
order).
12.14 During a save operation, one directory is created on the floppy disk for each mailbox,
group list, or Audiotex message that is saved. The directories are named as follows:
Mailbox directories are identified as A:\MAILBOX. The mailbox directories are named
"MBxxxxx" where xxxxx is the 1- to 5-digit mailbox number. For example, the infor-
mation for mailbox 1221 would be in the directory A:\MAILBOX\MB1221. The data
and voice messages for one mailbox may not fit on a single floppy disk. In fact, it is
very possible that the information for one mailbox may span several disks. If this is the
case, the mailbox information will be saved on each of the subsequent disks under the
same directory name.
Group list directories are identified as A:\GROUPLST. The group list directories are
named "GLxxxxx" where xxxxx is the 1- to 5-digit group list number. For example, the
information for group list 5000 would be in the directory A:\GROUPLST\GL5000. The
data and recording files for a group list may not fit on a single floppy disk. In this case,
the information spans several consecutive disks.
Audiotex directories are identified as A:\AUDIOTEX. The recording directories are
named "Rxxx" where xxx is the 3-digit recording number. For example, the information
for recording 1 would be in the directory A:\AUDIOTEX\R001. The data and voice
data files for a recording may not fit on a single floppy disk. In this case, the informa-
tion spans several consecutive disks.
