A set of Voice Processing software disks (make copies from the CD)
An external floppy drive (available in the Floppy Drive Kit 828.1486)
A keyboard and monitor
Copy the secondary language prompt files to floppy disks. This will require five disks.

Shut down the EVMC by using a small object to press the Power Down button on the
front edge of the card (see illustration on the previous page for its location). The EVMC
will go through a shutdown process and the "OK To Remove Card" LED will flash.
When shutdown is complete, the LED will be solidly lit.
NOTE:
When the "OK To Remove Card" LED turns green, it is safe to remove the
EVMC from the equipment chassis for the next 10 seconds. If you do not remove the
card within that amount of time, allow the card to reboot and wait for the "Card On-Line"
LED to light. Then you can repeat the shutdown process and remove the EVMC.
Remove the EVMC from the chassis and lay it on a clean, flat, anti-static surface.
When handling the EVMC be very careful not to damage the hard drive. It is sensi-
tive to vibration, pressure, and shock.
Attach the floppy drive cable to the floppy connector on the EVMC (see
page D-22
for location).
NOTE:
When plugging in the floppy drive or power connector ribbon cable, the red
stripe goes on the side closest to the power supply.
Attach the larger connector on the floppy drive power cable to the floppy drive.
Attach the other (smaller) connector on the floppy drive power cable to the floppy drive
power connector on the EVMC.
