13. DEFECTIVE UNIT RETURN POLICY
13.1 For complete information on returning equipment, refer to the current Inter-Tel Repair
and Return Policy (document part no. 835.1065). This document includes specific information
on the following subjects: warranty, procedures to follow when returning equipment, equip-
ment damaged in shipment, insurance, repair policy, and advance replacement policy.
NOTE:

these cards or cables from the PC (if necessary), first break the glue seal by gently wiggling the
connector with a pair of pliers.
