ACD Hunt Group
4.33 (This option is not recommended for Analog Voice Mail hunt groups.) If you want the
hunt group to use the ACD features, enable this flag by selecting the current Value and then
selecting the check box to place a check in it. Then press
the change. (To remove the check, select the check box again.) The ACD Hunt Group software
license is required (see

ACD hunt groups can be programmed to distribute calls to equalize call time or call
count among the available members.

If the System OAI Events premium feature is licensed, ACD can also provide call infor-
mation records that can be processed by an external device connected to a system serial

4.34 If the Analog Voice Processor Hunt Group premium feature is licensed (see

Announcement and Overflow Stations
4.35 (Announcement and overflow stations can be assigned to off-node stations or Voice
Processor applications, if they are programmed as off-node devices. See
UCD Hunt Groups premium feature is licensed (see
announcement station and/or an overflow station. If a call to the hunt group is not answered
before the Announcement timer expires, the call is picked up by the announcement station. If
the call remains unanswered when the hunt group Overflow timer expires, the call is picked up
by the overflow station. Announcement and overflow stations should be playback device sta-
tions (these can be Auto Attendant, Voice Mail, or Call Routing Announcement applications).
Do not include these stations in the hunt group distribution list. To program an Announcement
