Under System\Devices and Feature Codes\IP Connections\97XXX, create an off-node
IP connection for all connections available on that remote node. Program the Descrip-
tion and Username for each. Make sure the extension numbers match the unique values
assigned at each node. For example, if creating an off-node IP connection for Node 2,
the extension number must be P6020.
Double-click on the remote IP extension and program the Remote IP Address for the
remote node (i.e., 192.168.0.2).
Verify that the remote IP connection is located under the Node IP Connection Group
folder. To do this:
Double-click on the remote node's extension under System\Devices and Feature

Codes\IP Connections. There should be a P8XXX extension listed under the Node
IP Connection Groups field.
Double-click on the P8XXX extension to access the folder for that node IP con-

nection group.
Double-click on the Off-Node IP Connections field to display the remote nodes

programmed for that IP connection group.
