All of the default databases have the following pre-programmed features:
Directories premium feature is licensed
Serial ports set to 38400
Allow Green LEDs flag enabled
Three-digit extensions (unless networking, then use four digits)
One hunt group with all telephones except 100 (or 1000)
DSPs on the OPC are programmed to support Caller ID (U.S. version only)
Databases with Voice Mail have:
Mailboxes have been created for each of the stations.
Unassociated mailbox 500 (or 5000) is the Administrator
Voice Processing applications have been created for Voice Mail, Message Retrieval/
Notification, Automated Attendant, and Auto Attendant Recall
The Voice Mail application is extension 250 (or 2500)
System Forwarding to voice mail is programmed for each station (except 100/1000) for
outside calls, during day mode, using no answer and DND conditions
Voice Mail is the Message Center for all stations
Transfer prompts are disabled
During day mode, calls ring 100/1000 (no system forwarding on this station).
During night mode, calls ring to the automated attendant and recall to the auto attendant
recall application
In each keymap, the last button (8th or 12th) is programmed as a "Voice Mail" (250/
2500) button to simplify transfers and access to voice mail
Individual Line Key Databases have:
Hold button programmed as System Hold
Eight buttons are programmed as individual trunks
An Alternate Keymap is programmed with trunks 9-16
A button is programmed to switch keymaps
The T1/E1/PRI card is set for Private Networking and all 23 B-channels are activated
NOTE:
A Network Clock Card (NCC) is required.
Advanced CO Interfaces premium feature is licensed
