Validate a DHCP packet's source hardware address against the client hardware address field (CHADDR) in the payload.

CONFIGURATION
Enter the keywords circuit-id hostname:port to configure the circuit-id format
that is sent to the server.
Configure the system to trust Option 82 when it is received from the previous-hop router.
Enter the keyword vpn to add VPN/VRF related sub-option to relay agent information
Option 82.
NOTE:
Adds the VPN/VRF related sub-options into the relay agent
information option(82). When DHCP broadcasts are forwarded by the relay
agent from clients to DHCP server.
