Cylinder End

Take care not to drop the rack.

Using SST, press out the oil seal.

POWER STEERING GEAR

REMOVE CYLINDER END STOPPER

Using SST, turn the stopper clockwise until the wire end

is visible through the service hole.

Using SST, turn the stopper counterclockwise, and re-

move the wire.

REMOVE STEERING RACK AND BUSHING

Using SST, press out the steering rack with the bushing

09950-70010 (09951-07200)

Remove the bushing from the rack.

Remove the O-ring from the bushing.

REMOVE OIL SEAL
