SUSPENSION AND AXLE

FRONT DIFFERENTIAL REAR OIL SEAL

REMOVE ENGINE UNDER COVER

DRAIN DIFFERENTIAL OIL

REMOVE FRONT PROPELLER SHAFT

REMOVE COMPANION FLANGE

Using a chisel and hammer, loosen the staked part of the

Using SST to hold the flange, remove the nut.

Using SST, remove the companion flange.

09950−30012 (09951−03010, 09953−03010,

09954−03010, 09955−03030, 09956−03020)

REMOVE OIL SEAL AND OIL SLINGER

Using SST, remove the oil seal.

Remove the oil slinger.

REMOVE REAR BEARING AND BEARING SPACER

Using SST, remove the rear bearing from the drive pinion.

Remove the bearing spacer.

INSTALL BEARING SPACER, REAR BEARING AND

Install a new bearing spacer and place the rear bearing

and oil slinger.
