In order to create self-powered discrete inputs:
1.
Connect battery negative (B-) to ground and function earth
(terminal 55).

Connect DI common (terminal 43) to power supply 12/24 V
(terminal 53, minimum wire size 0.5 mm² (20 AWG)).
ð This enables to energize the discrete inputs against
ground.

IB IL 24 DO 16
Phoenix module ILB CO 24 DI 16 DO 16 is not sup‐
ported.
The possible combinations of Phoenix modules are listed below.
The parameters display the maximum extension.
It is also possible to connect fewer modules.
