Weekly time setpoint
Utilizing the LogicsManager it is possible to establish
specific days of the week that functions (i.e. generator
exerciser) can be enabled.
The weekly time setpoint is enabled during the indi‐
cated day from 0:00:00 hours to 23:59:59 hours.

0 = 0th hour of the day (midnight).
23 = 23rd hour of the day (11pm).
0 = 0th minute of the hour.
59 = 59th minute of the hour.
0 = 0th second of the minute.

01 = 1st day of the month.
31 = 31st day of the month.
0 = 0th hour of the day.
23 = 23rd hour of the day.
