7. Unplug the signal cable from the detector module. See
Figure 127. Unplug NPD Signal Cable
8. Open the module flap cover.
9. Remove the thermionic source assembly cable.
a. Twist the ring to disconnect the thermionic source assembly cable.
b. Push and twist the lock so that the button slides up in the groove, then pull the cable
ends apart. See Figure
