Service Information and Procedures Class A 2385072-16-8EN
Yellow
Normal status: OFF
ON briefly when the X-ray Console ON button is
pressed.
If permanently ON and the N1 neon light is ON
there is a problem with the 600 V. In this case,
check the cabling between the Inverter Board
300PL1, the capacitors of the DC Bus and the
Mains Distribution Board 200PL1.
OFF when the DC Bus is operating normally at a
level of 30 V and above.
Yellow
Normal status: ON
ON when the DC Bus is below the precharge ten-
sion and operating correctly.
OFF when the DC Bus is not below the precharge
tension and not operating correctly. In this case,
proceed as follows:
• Check the state of DE5.
• If DE5 is ON then follow the appropriate trouble
shooting described for when DE5 is ON.
• If DE5 is OFF check the state of DE7.
• If DE5 OK, use a multimeter to check the voltage
on the XJ9 connector. The cause of the anomaly
comes from the Inverter Board 300PL1, configu-
ration of the Transformer or the Transformer itself.
If the voltage (tension) measured does not corre-
spond with the indication of the LEDs, the prob-
lem comes from the comparators on the board
and you must change the Mains Distribution
Board 200PL1.
Red
Normal status: OFF
ON when the 600 V DC Bus Voltage is too low. In
this case, proceed as follows:
• Use a multimeter to check the voltage on the XJ9
connector.
• If the measured voltage is bad (i.e. less than
550 V) check the configuration of the tension on
the transformer and the tension sector.
• If the configuration of the tension on the trans-
former and the tension sector are OK there is a
problem with the transformer.
OFF when the DC Bus is operating normally at a
level of around 600 V.
