Definition
Allows the system to select the desired route for plac-
ing a call, as programmed in the database. This fea-
ture requires the ARS software license.
Selects an available trunk from a programmed group
of trunks for placing an outside call.
Entering this feature code selects an outgoing trunk
and automatically dials the programmed emergency
number, defaults to Trunk Group 1 and 911 [or 999 in
Europe].
Selects an outgoing trunk according to the pro-
grammed outgoing access mode for that station. See

Definition
These feature codes allow an ACD hunt group member
(agent) to log into and out of the ACD hunt group(s). The
agent only receives calls through the ACD hunt group(s)
while logged in.
When an ACD agent completes a call, no other ACD
hunt group call rings at the station until the ACD Wrap-
Up Timer expires or the agent enters this feature code to
terminate the wrap-up session.
As of version 8.21x, you can program a DSS/BLF button
to indicate when an ACD hunt group member is in wrap-
up mode. When programmed, the DSS/BLF button is lit
solidly while the member is in wrap-up. When the wrap-
up timer expires, the DSS/BLF button is unlit, and the
agent is made available to take calls (see
Allows the station user to enter a forced or optional
account code that applies to all calls following the entry
of this feature code and appears in the SMDR. To dis-
able the All Calls Following feature, the feature code is
entered again without an account code.
Allows the station user to enter an optional account code
for SMDR reports during an outside call.
