Indicates that the slot state has been detected as inconsistent during failover or recovery.
Cause
Recommended
On a SilkWorm 12000, 24000, or 48000 switch, run first the slotPowerOff and then the slotPowerOn
Action
commands.
On a SilkWorm 200E, 3250, 3850, 3900, or 4100 switch, reboot or power cycle the switch.
