Occasionally, while sending broadcast traffic over multiple Layer 3 VLANs, the VRRP state of a VLAN interface
may continually switch between Master and Backup.

Specify a VLAN as the Default VLAN.

Syntax
default vlan-id vlan-id
To remove the default VLAN status from a VLAN and VLAN 1 does not exist, use the no
default vlan-id vlan-id syntax.
