Configure the overall wait time before graceful restart completes.

Syntax
graceful-restart t3 {adjacency | manual} seconds
To return to the default, use the no graceful-restart t3 command.

Usage Information The running router sets the remaining time value to the current adjacency hold time.
You can override this setting by implementing this command.
Enter the keyword adjacency so that the restarting router
receives the remaining time value from its peer and adjusts its T3
value so if you have configured this option.
Enter the keyword manual to specify a time value that the
restarting router uses. The range is from 50 to 120 seconds. The
default is 30 seconds.
