Allocate inline power to the legacy devices on a Port Extender .

Syntax
power inline legacy {pe pe-id stack-unit unit number}
To disable the detection of legacy powered devices in a port extender, use the no
power inline legacy {pe pe-id stack-unit unit number} command.
