Usage Information Only VLAN and port-channel interfaces created using the interface vlan and
interface port-channel commands can be used in the interface range
command.
Use the show running-config command to display the VLAN and port-channel
interfaces. VLAN or port-channel interfaces that are not displayed in the show
running-config command cannot be used with the bulk configuration feature of the
interface range command. You cannot create virtual interfaces (VLAN, Port-
channel) using the interface range command.

enabling all 10-Gigabit Ethernet interfaces in the range 2/1 to 2/23 and both 10-Gigabit
Ethernet interfaces 1/1 and 1/2.

characters. If the bulk configuration exceeds 32 characters, it is represented by an
ellipsis ( ... ).
For PE ports, the interface range prompt includes interface type with pe-id /
stack-unit / port-id.
When the interface range prompt has multiple port ranges, the smaller port
range is excluded from the prompt.
If overlapping port ranges are specified, the port range is extended to the smallest
start port and the biggest end port.
NOTE:
If a range has VLAN, physical, and port-channel interfaces, only
commands related to physical interfaces can be bulk configured. To configure
commands specific to VLAN or port-channel, only those respective interfaces
should be configured in a particular range.
