The following QoS commands are enabled globally when configured on your switch.

qos-rate-adjust

Enable QoS rate adjustment to include overhead fields in rate metering calculations.

Quality of Service (QoS)

Enter the number of bytes of packet overhead to include in rate
limiting, policing, and shaping calculations. The range is from 1
to 31.
