Usage Information Hello packets are held for a length of three times the value of the hello interval. To
conserve bandwidth and CPU usage, use a high hello interval seconds. Use a low hello
interval seconds for faster convergence (but uses more bandwidth and CPU resources).

Specifies an integer that sets the multiplier for the hello holding
time. Never configure a hello-multiplier lower than the default
(3). The range is from 3 to 1000. The default is 3.
(OPTIONAL) Select this value to configure the hello multiplier
independently for Level 1 adjacencies. This value is the default.
(OPTONAL) Select this value to configure the hello multiplier
independently for Level 2 adjacencies.
