Usage Information
On one interface, you can configure the rate police command for a VLAN or you
can configure the rate police command for an interface. For each physical
interface, you can configure three rate police commands specifying different
VLANS.

rate shape

Shape the traffic output on the selected interface.
C9000 Series
Syntax
rate shape [kbps] rate [burst-KB]
(OPTIONAL) Enter the keyword vlan then a VLAN ID to police
traffic to those specific VLANs. The range is from 1 to 4094.

Per Port rate limit and rate police is supported for Layer 2 tagged and
untagged switched traffic and for Layer 3 traffic. Per VLAN rate limit and rate
police is supported on only tagged ports with Layer 2 switched traffic.
