Usage Information Guarantee a minimum bandwidth to different queues globally using the service-
class bandwidth-percentage command from CONFIGURATION mode. The
command is applied in the same way as the bandwidth-percentage command in an
output QoS policy. The bandwidth-percentage command in QOS-POLICY-OUT
mode supersedes the service-class bandwidth-percentage command.
Use this command in Configuration Terminal Batch mode to specify the minimum
bandwidth for queues in a dual-homing setup.

service-class dot1p-mapping

Configure a service-class criterion based on a dot1p value.
