Display the inline power consumption details for a port extender.

Description
Displays whether the device is Type 1 or Type 2.
Displays the power configured for the port (default is low). See
power inline priority.
Displays the power requested is via LLDP-MED extended power-
via-mdi TLV or IEEE 802.3at power-via-mdi TLV.
