Programmed Dial Pause (msec)
This timer is administrable for all outgoing and two-way trunk groups. This timer works with the
TN464B (or later), TN767, TN458, TN2140, and TN2242 tie circuit packs. All CO circuit packs that
accept administrable timers accept this timer.

Set the exact duration of pauses used during abbreviated dialing,
ARS outpulsing, and terminal dialing operations.
