Usage
Enter y to allow use of the Directed Call Pickup feature across the
system.
Enter n to prevent feature use.
Usage
Enter the assigned extension number (can be a VDN)
where emergency queue overflow will redirect.
Usage
Flexible feature version supporting a one-to-n (pickup
group-to-extended pickup group) mapping.
Simple feature version with a one-to-one pickup group-to-extended
pickup group mapping supported.
Extended group call pickup not supported.
Usage
Enter the number of calls allowed in the attendant queue before
additional calls are routed to the backup extension.
