Usage
Enter the minimum interval that must elapse between a trunk's
release from an incoming call and its seizure for an outgoing call.
This field cannot be blank. This delay gives the far-end time to
release all equipment after the trunk is released.

Enter the maximum acceptable interval between an incoming
seizure and receipt of all digits. Intervals greater than this limit
generate an inline error.

Enter the maximum time allowed between incoming rotary digits.
