Usage
When this field is 10, 12, 13, or etsi, the Protocol Version field is
equivalent to b on the DS1 Circuit Pack screen. When the
Cntry/Peer Protocol field is set 10, 12, 13, or etsi, set the
Version field to b. For all other administered values, the
Version sets to a.
When the field is peer-slave or peer-master, this field

must be QSIG. The choice QSIG is valid only when the Interface
field is peer-slave.
