When another line is on hold or alerting, No Dial Tone Conferencing, eliminates dial tone while setting

Enter the number of seconds.

Usage
Enter y so users may transfer a call by pressing the Transfer button,
dialing the desired extension, and then hanging up. The user may
also wait to hang up, speak with the other party, then press Transfer
again to complete the process. With this field set to y, users of the
Call Park FAC can park a call without having to press the Transfer
button a second time.
