Recall Rotary Digit
This establishes the digit to use for rotary phones to receive recall dial tone. Dialing this digit simulates
switch-hook flash so that users of rotary phones can use features such as conference and transfer. The
phone must also be administered to use the recall rotary digit.

First and second characters are the cabinet number
Third character is the carrier
Fourth and fifth characters are the slot number
Usage
Enter to y to save on bandwidth resources and improve sound
quality of voice over IP transmissions.
